Do you love hiking, camping, or backpacking (or all three)?!
Do you cherish memories huddled around a campfire, sharing stories, and enjoying the calm of nature?
And, when sitting around the fire, do you want to share a delicious, healthy meal (not some overly salted just-add-water meal pouch)?
Well, friend, me too! You’re in the right place. Welcome to the Backcountry Kitchen!

The food and experiences around a campfire are among my favorite parts of camping. Everything tastes SO much better when its made over a campfire, so why just limit your campfire creations to hotdogs or freeze-dried slop?!
